Silver Dogs are a 6 Piece folk rock band, based in the North West of England
Becky was brought up in a musical family, her dad being part of a popular Lancastrian Folk duo Ray and Colluney in the 70s. She has played in Rock & Function bands since she was sixteen and has worked with many well-respected musicians including Pat Martin (Unicorn & Kate Bush) and Adrian Lillywhite (King, Kirsty MacColl, Julian Lennon) as well as being an accomplished songwriter in her own right. She is so excited that Silver Dogs has reformed, and thrilled to be working again with this very special group of talented friends.

Wendy began playing violin at the age of four. Classically trained, a rapid, high achiever she soon became a protege of one of the North East’s top teachers/violinists, and went on to win festival and music awards.
Many years of experience and further training followed, playing professionally in orchestras, chamber orchestras, theatres, quartets and solo work, both at home and abroad.
However, a desire to learn all other musical genres prompted Wendy to leave the classical world behind and develop her own style, leading on to many years of playing in bands, session recordings and working professionally with different singer-songwriters.
Consequently, Wendy has appeared in many venues and festivals throughout the UK and abroad (including Cropredy and Glastonbury), plus appearances on radio and TV, recording sessions, and also being part of the band Magna Carta for many years.
Darren started playing guitar back in the late 80s, listening to the standout rock guitarist of the era. He then became interested and heavily influenced by the LA session guitarists of the mid eighties to early nighties. Darren joined Silver Dogs back in 2003, and is thrilled to be rejoining the band at this exciting period of its development.

Neil is one of the original members of Silver Dogs. His roots are in rock music although he’s played a whole spectrum of styles, both original and covers at pub, club and theatre level. Working with Silver Dogs again is a huge treat for Neil, especially playing alongside such astounding musicians. Creating and then performing Silver Dogs material live is what gives him a massive buzz.
